Growing up in Rochester, New York -- where he was an honors student at Aquinas Institute -- gives Dr. Massimo Pietrantoni a unique perspective on the medical issues facing Rochester's community today.

Dr. Pietrantoni completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Buffalo where he minored in Anthropology and received a B.A. in Biology.

With a G.P.A. of 3.71, he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland.

An intensive Surgical Residency at Riverside Mercy Hospital in Toledo, Ohio gave Dr. Pietrantoni the valuable experience of performing 1600 surgical procedures in those two years.

Upon his return to Rochester, Dr. Pietrantoni later joined the staff of Highland Hospital as the Chief of Podiatric Care at Highland's Podiatry Clinic.

Dr. Pietrantoni has been in practice since 1996.

If you are a first-time patient, please plan on arriving early in order to complete a patient registration form. Please bring the following items to the appointment:

  • Insurance Card(s) and Identification
  • Referral Forms -- If Required
  • List of All Prescription and OTC Medications You Are Currently Taking
  • Any Required Co-Payment
  • Pertinent Medical, Surgical and Family History Information
  • X-Ray Films -- Digital Films Are Done On-Site
  • Foot Orthotics -- If You Have Any
  • Insurance and Payment Information

 

Co-payments are due at the time of the appointment to avoid processing fees. For your convenience, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
 

Insurance

If the insurance company does not pay the full balance, or denies the claim, then any unpaid balance is due within 30 days following the appointment. Responsibility for payment is your obligation regardless of insurance or any other circumstance such as litigation.
